Well pretty much everything, alot of people come from other towns or villages where superstition runs deep:ghosts, poltergeists.Some of course are pretty plain and sckeptical, but will catch flame when confronted with a weird fact.

OP, have you thought of using shukos to aid you in climbing? They would also leave scratch marks in trees and soft surfaces so they'll be good to leave evidence. The only problem would be legal issues about them being used as weapons. What does the law say about them in Romania?

I spent the whole day in the park, alone,looking at the surroundings.I waited nightfall and just walked around to see the feeling.I stood next to the road near a tree,no one spoted me.I did this to get used to the park and lurking at night feeling.It was great.

The college that I go to is located in the middle of a large park; the only problem with using this park as my ground point is that, because of the art college, it might be easy for people to write off someone walking around dressed up like a creeper. May I suggest something simple, like that of a stereotypical Onryo? There's something horribly frightening about their imagery. I'm a guy but have hair far longer than most females and have scared the shit out of friends with that look before.

Get a nice tattered solid white dress and get your hair nice and matted in front of you. I'd even suggest looking into some theatrical contact lenses to give yourself a bit more of an unsettling feeling. It's easy to say that, but to actually see it would scare most people quite a lot. But anyhow, people seem to form the most lasting stories based on hybridization. If you were to make yourself out to be some sort of slightly new vaguely <species>thropic creature it would most likely get good results.

You can either tap into tradition and try to make yourself out to be a real werewolf or try for something a bit more disgusting like a bat-person or whatever. I know here in South Carolina there were like three reports of a Lizard-Man and it's now a nationally known cryptid.

Keep in mind, OP. In this situation, there's a very fine line between vagrant and paranormal creature. Leaving mutilated or destroyed objects, and perhaps arranging things in various places where you've been "sighted" to resemble the creature's "nests" to enhance the lore. Nighttime is also ideal to let the imagination run wild. And as far as your running, climbing ability-- make sure you practice while wearing the gas mask.
